Bullying has become so pervasive that since 1999, 49 states have enacted anti-bullying legislation. For children who are bullied, long term serious psychological and health related consequences ensue.

In this Family First workshop you will learn:

  • The different contexts for bullying and how to intervene at each
  • Most up to date research on bullying
  • Laws and public policies
  • Differences between boys and girls and the types of bullying
  • How bullies identify and choose their victims
  • Family and community interventions
